Damaged or Lost Packages
At Chaka Kicks, we take great care in packaging and shipping our products. It is extremely rare for shipping to cause damage to our boxes, but in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will work with you to find a resolution.
If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in contacting the carrier to locate your order. Please note that once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we have limited control over delivery times, but we will always do our best to ensure you receive your items in perfect condition.
